Gluten and sugar free cake!


Ingredients;

– 2 tbs Honey

– 170g butter

– 170g Gluten free flour

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– Filling of your choice (2x banana or 1 x banana and handful of cherries.

Turn the oven on too 180*C.
I personally find everything has to been done super fast with two children, so I mix it all together in a bowl or if I want a smooth cake so my toddler won’t eat around the fruit, I put it all in the blender.

Transfer to a baking tin or silicon cake tin, and bake for about 30 mins or until brown.

Or make it into cup cakes!
