Guilt free chocolate!!

Chocolate is a love of mine and monkeys so having to give it up seems awful. But lucky we can make our own sugar free version sweetened with honey.

You will need:

-1/2 Block of Butter

-1 tsp desiccated coconut 

-2 tsp of raw cocoa

-2 tsp of honey (or as much as you like) 

Melt half a block of butter, take off the hob.
Mix in two tablespoons of raw cocoa, one tablespoons of desiccated coconut recipes and two of honey. Pour in a silicon ice cube mould and freeze. 

You can put them in the fridge once frozen but mine seem to melt. But they taste just as good frozen.
